Before you hit create

The date is the day their license goes active at eXp — today if they’re already active. The roadmap counts down to it and starts them in Phase 0.
Track changes which tasks they see. New agent = licensed under a year or fewer than three closings. They can switch it themselves on their page.
Their email is where the welcome and the roadmap link land — make sure it’s an inbox they can actually open today.
