Start an agent on the roadmap
One minute. You get their personal link to text them, they get a welcome email, and the nudges schedule themselves. You’re copied on everything they mark complete.
Before you hit create
- Day 1 is the day their license is active at eXp. If they’re still in the application, use the date you expect — the roadmap counts down to it and starts them in Phase 0.
- Track changes which tasks they see. New agent = licensed under a year or fewer than three closings. They can switch it themselves on their page.
