SOAR · Success Oriented Agent Roadmap · by The AGENT Connection™

eXp Gets You Onboarded.
SOAR Gets You Producing.

A clear path from the day you say yes to your first contract — one page, every task a button, and a real person who knows where you are.

  • No login — your link is yours
  • Every task is a button
  • Your sponsor knows where you are
The path

Five Phases. From “Yes” to Day 365.

Sean’s original SOAR was four weekly checklists. This is that program made into one road, with the before and the after that were missing: a pre-board so nothing goes quiet between your yes and your first day, and a real 90-day production rhythm after the setup is done.

What This Actually Is

When you join a real estate company, a pile of things have to happen — logins, a licence transfer, a database, your first clients — and normally nobody tells you the order. People lose weeks guessing.

SOAR is that order, written down. It is one web page, made for you, with a checklist on it. You do the things, you tick them off, and one real person — your sponsor — gets told when you finish each stretch so they know when to call.

  • Five phases, from before your first day out to a year in.
  • Only the phase you are in matters today. The rest can wait.
  • Every bit of jargon has an next to it — tap it for plain English.
  • No password. Your sponsor texts you a link and that link is yours.

Same Door, Different Road

Transferring agent — Producing agent moving your business to eXp.

Both share Phase 0 and the access week. After that a transferring agent re-platforms a pipeline; a new agent builds one.

How it works

One Page. A Real Person. Nothing to Log Into.

  1. Your sponsor starts youThe day you say yes, you get a text or email with your personal roadmap link. It already knows your name, your sponsor, your start date, and your track. Save it to your phone’s home screen.
  2. Every task is a buttonOkta, SkySlope, your CRM, the association, FastCAP, the open house guide — each one lands you on the exact screen. Check things off; your phone remembers.
  3. Tap “Mark complete” — your sponsor gets the emailThat’s the accountability. No form to fill out, nobody to chase. Three sponsor calls are built in: before the application, day 7, day 30.
  4. From day 29, five numbers every FridayContacts added, conversations, appointments, open houses, contracts. One tap. Your sponsor replies with one line. That’s the whole rhythm.

eXp gets you onboarded. SOAR gets you producing.
